DVD of Radio and Television in 1930

Latest exhibitions of the Mechanical Television Workshop

This educational DVD is intended for all audiences wishing to know how Television was born. There are the principles of analysis and mechanical synthesis of the images with shots of Nipkow disc machines and the first experiments by the author of the color television.

The Mechanical Television Workshop, at the service of the Association for the Conservation of the Heritage of the Mechanical Television, now has only two machines (Nipkow large disc and Mirror-screw). This DVD takes on its importance because it describes all the machines and apparatus as presented during the exhibitions until April 2010.
