I noticed in the picture you posted today "Television-Telephone at the General Motors Exhibit" they are using an RR359 chassis. you can see the 7 control panel turned up in front of the crt. Also, that's a 9" crt assembly from the RR359. RCA must have repurposed many of these for other uses.
