Postwar Television RCA 9PC41

The 1949 RCA 9PC41 projection set uses the same chassis as the 1948 8PCS41, but a more elaborate cabinet. It sold for $798.61. For 1949 a remote control for brightness and contrast was added. RCA produced perhaps two thousand of the 1948 and 1949 sets. This set used a projection system developed by RCA in 1945. Here is an article about the system, used in all late 40s RCA projection sets.
