Postwar Television RCA PT-100 Theater Projector, ca 1950Courtesy of Allan Weiner RCA PT-100 theatre television projector, circa 1950. May be the only one left as they did not make many. Uses a 7NP4 CRT that runs at 80KV second anode. It has a 27 inch mirror to focus the CRT image. Makes a 20 foot image, and it has 8mhz video bandwidth in anticipation of HI-DEF for the 1950's. It might be part of the Kerry Williams collection in Chicago, and it is a Schmidt optics design and may have been developed by Dr. Epstein of Princeton.
