At first we identified this set as a model 2-F-5. However, we recently received this chart of TV specifications, which describes the 2-F-5 as being a mirror in lid design. It is likely that this set is a KT-E-5 chassis in a custom cabinet. The lid appears to be designed to open, so the cabinet may have been designed for a radio-phonograph.
