Broadcast/Video Equipment for Sale/Wanted
|I am looking for schematic diagrams and instruction books of early television transmitters, such as GE TT-10-A or RCA TT-5A. Will pay a 'finders fee' along with making contribution to the Museum in name of finder. Robert, 440-878-9449, statwaves at yahoo dot com (7/7/13)|
Wanted, monoscope camera (e.g. marconi-monoscope-type-BD617B or RCA_TK-1C or similar) working or not, with or without CRT, a photostat copy of the manual would help with any repair work required. I would even consider starting from scratch and building a semiconductor digital version if I could find someone to help me, in fact this might be the best answer since I could build it to have a choice of 50/60Hz, 360/ 405/ 625/ 818lines +/- video output, I have a brand new CRT (British test card 'C'). I can create colour-bars, grey scale and lots of other things using HTML, but a live output from a monoscope, vintage or not, would be a real plus to my new site. |I have about 25 old Televisions and related items as well as many radios and broadcasting equipment from the 20s on. I am liquidating over 50,000 collectibles from a private collector and sell in bulk to collectors and dealers. Also have about 5,000 Television and Radio paper, manuals, ads, books, magazines etc....from the 20s and 30s.
One TV is an RCA projection TV from 1949 in a chest like cabinet as well as apparently one of the first color TVs. Have no time to deal with all the collectibles and wish to sell the entire lot to one individual.
I know this ad is vague but have little time to deal with the TVs and Radios. Located in Toronto.
