1936 German CRT

This tube was made for the Fernseh A. G. FE-IV set in 1936. These sets were placed in public viewing halls for people to view the 1936 Berlin Olympics. David Boynes had this information:

The manufacturer is Fernseh Aktie Gesellschaft, a company I believe had links with Baird in the early thirties.  The CRT has a similar appearance to the 15" Cathodevisor employed in the 1936 Baird T5. I read somewhere that the Baird electronic TV sets used a lot of Fernseh AG technology. Indeed, I believe that the intermediate film technique was also a German idea.
