1946 RCA News Television Camera
This ad, which appeared in the June, 1946 issue of National Geographic, shows RCA using their World War Two camera in news reporting.
From the below photo it is clear that RCA hadn't yet put a camera in a helicopter. In fact, the picture above is of an airplane:
