Early Color Television

NTSC Drum Receiver

This homemade receiver was built in 1955 or 1956 to work with the NTSC system. It uses a rotating drum to allow a large screen size in a small cabinet. The receiver was restored by Cliff Benham, and donated by him to the museum.
