The Servicing of Television Receivers
These pictures are from a 1946 Philco publication called The Servicing of Television Receivers. Although it was published in 1946, the photos are of their 1940-41 model sets. The rear of this set can be seen in this article about a new type of TV antenna.

The 10AP4 CRT.
Notice the flat face, and #206, the "bending coil", which is an ion
trap. This tube was one of the first to use a "bent" electron gun, which
allowed the ions to miss the screen, while the bending coil moved the
stream of electrons so that they hit the screen.
